Any cancellations must be done at least 12 hours before your appointment. Failing to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice (no call no show) will be be charged in full. If the card is declined the fee must be paid before your next appointment. Clients who are late will be charged a $10 late fee or asked to reschedule or wait for next available appointment. (Client will be charged both the late fee and the cost of the spray tan)
